Often times the process of buying a new home, or even moving out of an old one can seem like an insurmountable amount of work. There are so many listings to go through, financials to get in order, not to mention seeing the actual properties themselves. Honestly, it\u2019s enough to make you look at your current domicile and say: \u201ceh, good enough.\u201d

\nBut who wants \u201cgood enough\u201d really? As a kid it\u2019s probably a safe bet you never spent time drawing your \u201cgood enough\u201d house. No, you drew your dream house, and even though a trampoline room is probably not on the table anymore, that\u2019s still where you deserve to be.
