68 year old, Tony Nitz, is one of the kindest faces you\u2019ll ever meet. I was greeted by him a couple of years ago while I was staying overnight in my favorite hermitage at the St. Francis Springs Prayer Center where he is the chef and groundskeeper, and he made me feel like I was at home, which has continued ever since. He\u2019s also one of the most devoted and disciplined people, and he speaks about his print brokerage company that he started in the 70s, how he was raised by his Catholic father and Methodist mother, and how he has raised 5 children of his own who have now given him some grandkids! What a remarkable legacy he\u2019s building into! He loves what he does\u2026 it\u2019s evident.
