The Supremacy of Christ over philosophy means that we reject any system of philosophy or religion that says something more than Jesus is needed for salvation. In Colossians 2:6-15 the Apostle Paul encourages us to reject false philosophies by directing our attention to who Jesus is and what he has accomplished for us.
