Past is the past. But sometimes we are not past the past. The past moments pass but we don\u2019t allow them to pass. We hold on to the past. We live in the past and time passes in the present. Past regrets, past hurts, past mistakes, past memories, past grief are not easy to pass. But they have to be passed to ensure that past is not repeated and the future is new.
How to drop the past? How to ensure we learn our lessons and do not repeat the past mistakes? How to move on and look ahead? We explore these questions in the talk.
