Apavargapradah means the provider of moksha or liberation.
Pa varga is symbol of bondage. Apavarga is moksha.
pa - Paraabhava - Defeat or Parishrama - Hard labour.
pha - phala or fruits of action
ba - bandhan - Bondage
bha - bhaya or Bhiti - fear
ma - mrityu
Apavarga - final beatitude or Moksha. Lord Shiva liberates the Jeeva from above 5 aspects of bondage. Jnanena apavargah say Sankhya Sutras. Through knowledge one attains liberation.
