Hari Lord vishnu हरिर्हरति पापानि दुष्टचित्तैरपि स्मृत : अनिच्छयापि संस्पृष्टो दहत्येवहि पावक : harirharati pāpāni duṣṭacittairapi smṛta : anicchayāpi saṃspṛṣṭo dahatyevahi pāvaka : When hari is remembered even by the evil minded their sins are rectified . Though you touch fire unwillinly , it will burn your hand . One who destoys sins . Hari is one of the popurlar and important names of lord Vishnu that name is a part of this hymn of Shiva . This evidently proves the oneness of lord Shiva and lord Vishnu . ( already discussed while explaining the name vishnuvallabha . ) In harivamsha lord shiva says to lord Vishnu नामानि तव गोविन्द यानि लोके महान्ति च तान्येव मम नामानि नात्रकार्या विचारणा nāmāni tava govinda yāni loke mahānti ca tānyeva mama nāmāni nātrakāryā vicāraṇā O govinda , the great names of yourself which is honoured by the world and the same names are mine also . There is no doubt in it . in āshvalāyana gruhya यानि उच्छ्रितानि नामधेयानि तानि महादेवस्य yāni ucchritāni nāmadheyāni tāni mahādevasya which ever names indicate greatness , those are the names of Mahādeva .
