Talk 150 - Verses 565-573

Just as the light of the Sun dispels darkness and the fears associated with it, the light of Knowledge dispels ignorance and all its effects, and the entire Universe merges into Brahman. All conditionings are destroyed and the knower of Brahman becomes Brahman. The non-dual state of Pure Consciousness or kaivalya is experienced as brahmabhava. As bondage, non-apprehension and misapprehension are all eliminated, the Jivanmukta is released from the cycle of birth and death. In the final advice the Guru says, bandhan and mukti are both concepts of the intellect, they are not applicable to the Self, but perceived only through the buddhi.
