This talk continues the section of giving up the three main types of vasanas; deha, loka, shastra vasana which are elaborated further in these verses. The seeker must strive to overcome these vasanas through self-effort because even though one may have intellectual knowledge, the intuitive understanding that I am Brahman hasn\u2019t arisen.
