Shiv\u0101 - the wife of Shiva - um\u0101 . Her name is shiv\u0101 as she has all
the qualities of Shiva and as she is one with Shiva. Priya - beloved. Shivaapriyaha \u2013 One to whom Shivaa or Parvati is dear and One
who is beloved of Shivaa or Parvati. This form of Shiva is called
umesha in the Shiva-Aagamas This form of Shiva is praised in the Kaivalya Upanishad as \u0909\u092e\u093e\u0938\u0939\u093e\u092f\u0902 \u092a\u0930\u092e\u0947\u0936\u094d\u0935\u0930\u0902 \u092a\u094d\u0930\u092d\u0941\u0902 um\u0101sah\u0101ya\u1e43 param\u0113\u1e61vara\u1e43 prabhu\u1e43 Lord Shiva also did penance to obtain Parvati. Both of them

Rudra is man and um\u0101 is woman salutation to both of them .
Rudra is brahma ( the creator ) um\u0101 is v\u0101ni ( sarasvati ) salutations
to both of them . Rudra is Vishnu um\u0101 is lakshmi salutations to
both of them . Rudra is sun um\u0101 is c\u0101y\u0101 ( the deity of shadow )
salutations to both of them . Rudra is moon um\u0101 is the stars
salutations to both of them . Rudra is day um\u0101 is night salutations
to both of them . Rudra is yagya ( sacred sacrifice ) um\u0101 is vedi
salutations to both of them . Rudra is agni ( fire deity ) um\u0101 is
sv\u0101ha ( the wife of agni . The mantra through which the gods get
their oblations ) salutations to both of them . Rudra is tree um\u0101 is
creeper salutations to both of them . Rudra is fragrance um\u0101 is
flower salutations to both of them . Rudra is meaning um\u0101 is word
salutations to both of them .

They both spend quality time with each other and are responsible
for the Creation, Sustenance & Destruction.
There is mutual love, trust and space between them. Parvati never
complains about Shiva not giving Her attention and meditating all
the time Or about not having a home or comforts. She does not
feel jealous of Gangaji.

They both have accepted each other as they are. She decorates
herself with good clothes & ornaments. Shiva is bhasmanga.
Both their children are not born out of physical union.
Shiva helps Parvati to know who is Ram truly and also helps her
to worship Ram. He is her Guru also in the Guru Geeta and Lord
Shiva explains about Guru Tattva to her.

Shivananda Lahiri Verse 54 says \u2013 I worship Nilakantha, the blue-
throated Shiva, the peacock(also blue-throated) that excels by His
beautiful dance, having the time of dusk as the close of
summer(i.e the beginning of rainy season when peacocks dance),
the sound of drum beaten by Vishnu\u2019s hand as thunder peals, the
eyes of the celestials as lightning, the blissful tears of devotees as
rain, and the Divine Mother Parvati as the peahen.
