Bhavaha means One who exists . One who is always present and exists at all times and everywhere. There is no time when He does

Vedanta says that Brahman is the only one which truly exists and every other thing is mithya or illusion. The Vedas say \u090f\u0915\u094b \u0939\u093f \u0930\u0941\u0926\u094d\u0930\u094b \u0928 \u0926\u094d\u0935\u093f\u0924\u0940\u092f\u093e\u092f \u0924\u0938\u094d\u0925\u0947 eko hi rudro na dvit\u012by\u0101ya tasthe There is only
one that who exists - rudra and no second thing exists .

Bhava also means the from that from which the entire universe is born and who maintains it. He is thought of by everyone. Everything exists in Him. He is the prime reason of its existence .
The world rests in him so he is called Bhava . Bhavati asmad iti.bhavaha. Nothing else is required other than Shiva for this universe to be born. The universe finally dissolves also into Shiva
alone. Shiva is Bhava again. Shiva is the basis for rise and fall of the universe. Bhavati asmad-ananya-apekshaad vishvam iti bhavatyasmin pralaya iti vaa bhavaha. \u2028

Bhava is one of the eight important forms of lord Shiva . He is the lord who is giving life to all in the form of water, he is the first of the eight forms of the lord .

Bhava is also the name of one of the eleven rudras.
