Continuing the discussion on the eligibility of a student or Adhikari, external and internal qualifications are discussed. External qualifications include intelligence, retentiveness, a degree of worldliness and the ability to see a standpoint with objectivity. Internal qualifications include the four levels of sadhanas- bahiranga, antaranga, param antaranga and saakshaat and these are discussed in detail.
