Our body has many impurities. It is made up of blood, bones, flesh, fat, skin etc. Mind also has 6 impurities \u2013 Selfishness/Lust, Anger, Greed, Delusion, Intoxication and Jealousy. Intellect also has impurities like doership, vanity, ego etc. But Shiva is free from all this as Pure Consiousness. We are also purest as Consciousness. We don\u2019t have to look down upon ourselves due to these impurities. We must do sadhana, meditation and transcend attachment to BMI to realise that We are the Purest.
