This episode of Mr. Heart featured Jin Won being upset at Sang Ha because Sang Ha said he liked Jin Won and this bothers Jin Won who finally confronts the fact that he is bothered, which is why he comes with Sang Ha on his daily milk delivery run.  During this run, Sang Ha explains to Jin Won why he liked him from the start was because Jin Won reminded Sang Ha that life was worth living.  After this discussion, Sang Ha is back to being Jin Won's pacemaker.  It's all here.  It's all real.
