As a CFO, Ken \xd8streng has been highly visible across his Nordic-based firm\u2019s multinational operations. Whether he was identifying international acquisition targets or new incentives to help drive sales, he became one of Confirmit\u2019s \u201cgo-to\u201d leaders, and in the minds of management the natural successor to Confirmit\u2019s CEO Henning Hansen. And, so when Henning recently announced he would this spring \xa0be ending his 12-year-tenure as Confimit\u2019s CEO, there was little surprise when it was announced that \xd8streng would be garnering the top spot.
