Their Cover-up Continues: Disney Refuses to Rehire 850 Americans who were forced to train their foreign replacements. Even after their harsh exposure by the New York Times and NPR in June 2015, Disney secretly continued to deceive and the workplace nightmare at Disney continues for American STEM professionals. For Disney, the top line is always the bottom line. Everything isnâ??t so supercalifragilisticexpialidocious at Disney. Weâ??ve heard from Disney Executives that Disney is one of the unhappiest places to work. But now American workers at Disney are fighting mad and fighting back. To their rescue, fearless fighter Civil Rights Attorney James Otto filed a law suit against Disney whose preference for low wage foreign workers over U.S. workers have currently resulted in the firing of over 850 competent U.S Workers who have been forced to train their low wage foreign replacements. Many more jobs will soon be axed. According to a high ranking Disney executive, Disney notified its employees this week that Cognizant Technology Solutions, Inc. has been retained to replace several hundred American workers with imported foreign workers. Cognizant, a U.S. based company, is 100% owned by Indian nationals, with a published business model to hire only young Indian, males to replace U.S. workers. Cognizant admits in sworn documents that the greatest risk to its businesses is if the President were ever to enforce the Immigration Code by having the Secretary of the Department of Labor actually verify the honesty of the visa applications.
