We think upwards of 60,000 thoughts a day.

80 percent are Negative and of those 48,000 thoughts that are Negative, 95 percent or 45,600 of them are REPETITIVELY NEGATIVE Thoughts!

Mindfulness is taking the 12,000 Positive Thoughts and Taking Action On Them 1 at a Time to Create Momentum.
