Published: Oct. 30, 2021, 2:54 p.m.

Mark served on a jury for a first degree murder case that lasted 4 months. During those four months jury endured multiple graphic images and discussions. The months following the trial, Mark discovered he was suffering from PTSD. While looking for help, Mark quickly realized there was not really any help for jurors after the trial ended. Mark has advocated and now jurors across Canada are offered free counselling after the trial ends. He is now the CEO and President at the Canadian Juries Commission.
