STANDOUT QUOTES

• “It’s a top/down, bottom/up approach. So we’re hitting both angles of it, so that we can be as comprehensive and integrated as we possibly can.” -Kaelene Curry [04:08]
• “The brain is not a muscle in a scientific sense, but it functions like a muscle in the extent that the parts of it that we use grow and get stronger. The parts of it that we don’t get weaker. And we can actually train our brains to show up more consistently as the best versions of ourselves amid pressure, amid adversity, when things go wrong and when things are going right.” -Dr. Amber Selking [12:27]
• “Building relationships is what it’s all about. If we don’t have those strong connections throughout our lifetime, in a way, not to be cynical about it, it’s kinda like what are we doing?” -Kaelene Curry [15:34]
• “It’s hard to fight for somebody and something if you don’t care about them.” -Dr. Amber Selking [17:37]
