She is the Director of People Performance at Lippert Components, Inc., a publicy-traded manufacturing company whose corporate vision is to change the model of work in this world, demonstrating that organizations can treat people well in the workplace and make a profit. Dr. Selking has also served as an adjunct professor in the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, where she taught Strategic Human Resource Management at the undergraduate and graduate levels. She worked in HR for a global manufacturing company working at both the corporate and plant-operation levels. Dr. Selking received her PhD in Applied Sport Psychology from the University of Missouri under Dr. Rick McGuire, her master\u2019s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver, and her bachelor\u2019s degree in Management Consulting from the University of Notre Dame. At ND, Amber played soccer for the Fighting Irish before injury ended her career, after which she founded Notre Dame Christian Athletes (NDCA) in the ND Athletic Department. She currently resides in South Bend, Indiana, with her husband, Aaron, and their Doberman Pinscher, Rockne.\xa0 \xa0 Dr. Rick McGuire |\xa0

  • Dr. \u201cCoach\u201d Rick McGuire is the founder of Positive Coaching, LLC. He recently retired as the Director of Sport Psychology at the University of Missouri and the Graduate Professor of Sport Psychology. \xa0For 27 years he was the Head Coach for Missouri\u2019s Track & Field program, where he guided his athletes to 143 All-American recognitions, 110 Conference Champions, 29 USA National Team members, 7 NCAA Champions, 3 collegiate records, 5 Olympians with 2 silver medals. He is the founder, and was the Chairman for 27 years of the USA Track and Field Sport Psychology program, and served on the staff for 11 USATF National teams, including the 1992 and 1996 Olympic Games.\xa0
