Science has no agenda! But apparently the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners does.\xa0 Our guest this week is a physician who truly exemplifies courage and compassion. Dr. Paul Thomas started to question the CDC childhood vaccine schedule and suddenly found himself in trouble with the Oregon Board. \xa0His unique pediatric practice evolved over time, having different groups of families that included fully vaccinated to completely unvaccinated children. He then started to notice some significant differences between the groups of children,\xa0 so he did a retrospective analysis and had his results published.\xa0 What happened next is the topic of this podcast. Listen as he shares his findings about vaccines, childhood illness/health and the blowback that ensued.\xa0 More about Dr.Thomas Dr. Paul Thomas (affectionately known as \u201cDr. Paul\u201d) received his MD from Dartmouth Medical School in 1985. Dr. Paul was board-certified in Pediatrics, and Addiction Medicine until 2021. Dr. Paul has taught residents and medical students since 1988 and opened his own practice, Integrative Pediatrics, in 2008 where he serves over 6,000 to 10,000 active patients in the Portland, Oregon. Dr. Paul opened Fair Start, his medical detox clinic in 2009, where he has helped over 1,000 patients wean off a wide range of opiates. His book, The Vaccine-Friendly Plan, was published in 2016 by Ballantine Books.
