What are Macros and what do they matter? Well, Tim is now growing \u201cablets\u201d and I\u2019m finally GAINING weight and getting rid of my dead butt.\xa0 Tim and I have found out through our own personal experiments the past few months how important counting macros really impacts your diet and fitness goals. It only took us over 50 years of messing around as athletes and docs to get it together, so how did we do it? \u2026Because we hired Redefining Strength to teach us, have us cycle different ratios and find out just HOW MUCH protein we really need to get those guns of steel!\xa0 It\u2019s true that you can\u2019t exercise your way out of a bad diet.\xa0 However if you eat healthy but don\u2019t know what ratio of Macros you are needing or getting\u2026 you won\u2019t see success in your fitness goals.
