\nLadies maybe it\u2019s time to stop using your gender for empowerment and an excuse! The Double E is conflicting and confusing! Yes, you\u2019re different however when you want equality, one must put thier differences aside and not make excuses based on gender! Men do understand that you are different, unless you request equality; now I have to treat you like a man and you disagree with that. Why because you\u2019re a woman.
