Expectation Management

One of the biggest challenges we face in life is learning to accept people for who they truly are or accepting things that happen in life. When you manage your expectations you master your mental health. When you are honest in your communication and use integrity in your actions, then you offer a level of expectation that is easier to accept and rely on. Your thoughts aren't wrong it's how you deal with reality vs what you excepted: Is it a false expectation or is it a reasonable expectation?
