Self-Care is a hot topic and I've found that many people interpret it differently depending on their experience. To some it's a girls night out, it's a bubble bath, it's mani's and pedi's or a mini vacation. To others it includes time to workout, be in nature, read a good book or just have some general time to yourself. All of these things are good. And as you have probably come to expect from me, I'm going to take you deeper. Today's podcast topic is a bit of a play on words. What is true-self care? What the difference is between your true self and false self, and what caring for your true-self may look like for you.
