All the concepts of becoming a leader and knowing what our roles are in our community is mostly an ongoing continuum. Today I double down on how to define our roles, look at self & understand that helping other leaders prosper is the true definition of leadership. It can be an overwhelming feeling out the front leading the charge or calling the shots, but never forget the person next to you that is helping you along and taking the leap of faith as they are also so crucial. When we strive to become better versions of ourselves, we not only heal individually we also heal collectively.

Soak this one up and make sure you observe, give gratitude & always be in the act of helping others grow, because in turn that will create the change for the generations to come.\xa0
