Since our early days in Sunday School we\u2019ve heard over and over again that we are saved by grace and not by works.\xa0 We\u2019ve committed verses like Ephesians two, verses eight and nine to our memory to reinforce that belief.\xa0 Then we run across verses in James chapter two that at first glance seem to contradict the doctrine of salvation by grace alone through faith alone. \xa0\u201cFaith without works is dead.\u201d\xa0 But today on Bridging the Gap we\u2019ll see that these passages are actually complimentary.\xa0
