\nBaltimore native Sheldon Candis is a graduate of the USC School of
\nCinematic Arts. Candis\u2019 documentary THE DWELLING, chronicles the
\nlives of two homeless men living along Tokyo's Sumida Gawa. The film is
\nbeing distributed by Scion and Giant Robot magazine.
\n
\nCandis\u2019 feature directorial debut LUV (which he also co-wrote) was an
\nofficial selection in the 2012 Sundance Film Festival Dramatic Competition.
\nHe assembled an incredible cast including Common, Charles S. Dutton,
\nDennis Haysbert, Danny Glover, Meagan Good, Michael K. Williams and a
\nwonderful 11 year old breakout talent named Michael Rainey Jr. Indomina
\nis set to release the film theatrically January 18, 2013.

\nCandis recently teamed with Rocnation and Dreamville Grammy
\nnominated artist J. Cole
