I often hear the struggle with getting in proteins and why we vary the protien choices. Here are just a few of many options plus I give you loads of hacks:

  1. Egg whites
  2. Chicken Breast (ground or whole)
  3. Turkey Breast
  4. Grass Fed Beef or Bison (leanest)
  5. Wild caught white fish (cod, halibut, tuna)
  6. Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  7. Low fat cottage cheese
  8. Whey isolate- protein powder
  9. Protein Bars- Built Bars, Outright or Power Crunch
  10. Shrimp
