#61- 5 ways hold yourself accountable when you set goals

It's almost the new year and maybe you have some big goals you want to achieve with your health and fitness. I'm here to help ya'll and we will chat about:

  • Being nice to new-comers to the gym!

  • GET SPECIFIC with your schedule
  • Go in to the gym with a plan or goal for the session!
  • Being productive when you are at the gym vs. dicking around
  • Surround yourself with people who will call you on your shit
  • Do it even when you don't feel like it AKA- Do The Damn Thing. Work with a time budget before you quit
