And, whilst I TOTALLY agree and have built it into my life every single day, where do you draw the line between pushing yourself or resting on those \u2018bleh\u2019 kind of days?
If we all stepped back to rest whenever life got tough or whenever we just \u2018didn\u2019t feel like it\u2019, none of us would reach our goals because it\u2019s HARD to feel motivated, energised and inspired every single day!
