When the scales were 3 kg down after a week I was sold!! I never felt deprived or hungry which was a game changer for me. After the 3 weeks, I was down 4.5 kg, my energy was back and I was loving it!

I signed up for the Tribe at the end of week two because I just LOVED the food so much and am having such great results! The meals are easy to make and delicious which was a relief as someone who is time poor as a business owner!

After 12 weeks, for my wedding day, I lost 8 kgs and I felt incredible. At my honeymoon, I couldn\u2019t wait to get home and start eating this way again.
