#12: Does Alcohol *Really* Slow Down Weight Loss?

So, you think you have to give up alcohol completely to lose weight, right?!

This is another big misconception that I see all the time, and I am here to change that for you!

When you have this mindset, that you can\u2019t drink ANYTHING if you\u2019re being \u201cgood\u201d, it can create that \u201call or nothing\u201d behaviour that so many women are guilty of (including me in the past!).

So, women like this will always yo-yo because they don\u2019t want to \u201cruin\u201d their attempts to eat healthy and lose weight. This definitely leads to weight fluctuations and plateaus.

I believe that we actually CAN make room for alcohol and still lose weight.

Hell yes, I\u2019m here to tell you that you CAN still enjoy your favourite wine, whilst on your quest to reach (and maintain) your weight loss goals.
