Mosquito-eating Fish Head To Haiti
Operation Blessing successfully used Gambusia fish in New Orleans, following Hurricane Katrina, to treat thousands of stagnant swimming pools that were harboring mosquito larvae and threatening an outbreak of West Nile Virus. Now, they\u2019re bringing the mosquito-eating fish to Haiti to tackle a disease still epidemic in the island nation: malaria.
