The Great Migration allowed many Black individuals to leave the South and move to urban areas. Over time, leisure travel became common among Black people, facilitated by resources like The Green Book, offering opportunities to break free from oppression and to discover the interconnectedness of Black communities nationwide.\n\nToday, more Black Americans are traveling abroad to connect with dispersed roots, including our guest, PushBlack\u2019s very own Briona Lamback.\n\nAlong with being a valued senior writer on our Content team, Briona is an award-winning journalist and entrepreneur.
