In this week\u2019s episode, we learn about the San Francisco Fire Department from two delightful, socially dedicated firefighters: Michie Wong and Shon Buford.\n\nA retired Fire Marshal, Michie took SFFD to a new level of security and sustainability. With keen expertise in code interpretation and intracity collaboration, Michie's work was a beacon for urban accessibility and safety.\n\nShon Buford has a hand in social impact for SFFD as Assistant Deputy Chief of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. He\u2019s also the first African-American President of the Firefighter's Union and was the Captain of Engine 25, which happens to be where we had our interview!\n\nLearning from Michie and Shon was a joy.
