There he helped overhaul the FCC, was named one of the nation\u2019s most influential people in cloud computing, served as chief information officer of the United States under President Barack Obama, and used big data to help solve the Ebola Crisis. Today, he\u2019s the chief operating officer of one of the nation\u2019s oldest and largest private foundations, the Rockefeller Foundation.
