Monroe County Jail-Medication Assisted Treatment Unit
Monroe County Sheriff Todd K. Baxter goes behind the badge to interview Captain James McGowan (Jail Bureau), Dr. Tisha Smith (Director of Rehabilitation) and T.J. St. John (MAT Unit Graduate) about the MAT Unit inside of the Monroe County Jail. The Medication Assisted Treatment unit assists inmates who have chemical dependency addictions start down the path of breaking those addictions.
