Social Media Supreme Court

Ever been in an argument online and said something you later regret? Have you ever said something online that could be considered as a violent threat? Well, on Dec. 1, the Supreme Court will hear a case that will decide whether the use of violent and/or threatening speech on Facebook and other social media breaks the law when the speaker's intent is not clear.
