Belgium 101\n\nBelgium is a wonderful place for beer. There are many styles from that country. Many of which are not always accessible to the American style beer drinker from a palette point of view. Belgium beers don't follow marketing trends that "large beer factories" making labels that look uninviting. \n\nHomework: Find a Lambic of some sort like a lindemans P\xeache, Pomme, or Framboise. Notice the sour quality. Don't forget a trippel. Or find a Belgium beer of some sort. \n\nSpecial guests: Steve who is half of Steve and Justine.\xa0\nHost: John Foster and Motor\n\nBe sure to visit City Beer Store in San Francisco, CA\nEmail us at info@beerschool.com\n\nGood noon!\nNot recorded at the Rat Pad.
