She wails\nHer mind becomes ensnared by his presence\nKnowing he will never be hers again\n\nHe may hide under the blanket of a cloudy sky\nOr shy away from the sun's rays\nYet he will forever be seared into her eyes,\nEtched eternally onto the back of her mind
