I'm talking about my experience at Starbux. It was not good. In the podcast, I mention group mentality. I would just like to state once again, color of skin has nothing to do with anything. For me, it's getting together with people who look just like you and doing anything because you feel free to do so, even if it breaks the rules. In America, we tend to focus a lot on color. I simply pointed out any mentions of color because predominantly Caucasians work at Starbux. However, this has been my environment for a few years now and I've just been observing how everyone operates. Starbux is the franchised coffee king.
