We must exert aggressive belief in God\u2019s promises and exercise what God has given us: grace to overcome. \n\nWe are engaged in a battle and must position ourselves to actually do the fighting (through the empowering grace of the Holy Spirit in our lives) rather than sit passively on the side.\n\nEric discusses the importance of exercise and engagement in our spiritual lives and why we mustn\u2019t merely esteem what God has given us, but actually use it.
