All of these things happening in the world, whether we want to admit or not, affect all of us on an individual level. Through our conversations with each other & with our loved ones, we realize there also exists a feeling of guilt. Guilt that tells us that we don\\u2019t \\u201cdeserve\\u201d to feel sad or down because \\u201csomeone else is going through something worse\\u201d.\\n\\nBut now is not the time to ignore the voice in your head that separates your soul from your ego. With all the time we\\u2019re spending at home, battling safety and our own sanity, it has become increasingly important to learn to listen to ourselves -- all parts of ourselves \\u2013 the bright AND the dreary.
