Food IS Medicine and its time we start paying closer attention to the things we are putting into our bodies and connect with the ways of our ancestors. There are so many trends formed from Veganism, but there has been so many times in our lives that we listen to what everyone else tells us to do, or do what everyone else is doing, but to truly nourish our cells, we must pay close attention to our bodies responses to the food we are eating. Listening to your body and the earth is the only true way to know how to eat in the ways in which our bodies need us, to be in our highest levels of optimal health.
So I have to ask, Are you listening?

I can confidently say, that these new ways of consciousness have connected me to the earth and the animals in the deepest of ways.
