A writing page wasn't designed to sit empty. It's no different than your social media. Can you imagine a world where nothing was posted for a single 24 hour period. You're pretty much doing that with that empty page in a journal or notebook. We've developed this addiction to content that overshadows our experiences and expressions. So the page sits empty. We are humans! We were born to write. I understand how difficult it is to put yourself in a position where others can read your emotions.
