The Daily Mess When It Feels Like Someone's Watching And Get Your Muscles To Talk To Each Other

Two stories. The first deals with the fear of people watching us. It's completely natural! The brain is always asking if we're safe. But how can we get less attention? As a 3rd degree in martial arts I've learned awareness is everything. Story two: Learning how to recommunicate with your bodies muscles. Where there are injuries you can't sit back and expect all things to properly heal. Your muscles are no longer talking to each other which leads to other injures in your body. Oh great! Another reason to complain!
