May 22, 2024 \xa0 I've been a broadcast instructor since 1988.\xa0 My students have become top rated morning show talent across the country, sports directors and operation managers.\xa0 Being truthful, I've also had my fair share of flops.\xa0 Their ambitions flattened by a lingering fear or a lack of self-belief.\xa0 The origin of their dreams had been chased away from the visions of growing forward.\xa0 That's where I think we can all learn.\xa0 We've all been there!\xa0 It's time we identify why we turned our backs or dropped our dreams off in the nearest trash can.\xa0 Learning through others whose hopes were once set high and their falls became lessons for us to learn from.\xa0 Because it always happen to us on a different day.\xa0\xa0 \xa0\xa0
