The Daily Mess Studying The Scars
Yesterday's flooding redesigned the shape of the forest's hills. The area spiritually dedicated to being my sacred circle was completely washed away. That's how nature works. It's always replacing and regenerating new energies in areas that offer a different layer of inspiration and influence. I was shocked to see the scars left behind. Water is unbelievably powerful as well as unforgiving. As a student I must remind myself of the truer spiritual connection. Being aware of all changes not just personal ones. Learning to listen to more than just the voices in our head and heart. How many storms do we move through without stopping to study the scars?
