July 27, 2023 We\u2019re pet sitting for three weeks. Humans and dogs have unique habits. My dog cannot be compared to their dog. Major difference in their personalities. We\u2019re also taking care of our neighbor\u2019s big birds. They want companionship, to be heard, to sing and or talk. To be present in a human\u2019s life. How about the black and white cat we\u2019re babysitting? She doesn\u2019t want to enter the home because strangers keep walking into her living space. All this while taking care of my four birds and disaster artist dog Jazzie. Funny how I never heard about or fell witness to my parents pet sitting. A different world. One where our pets truly are our children.
