The Daily Mess Kid In A Candy Store

I’m like a kid in a candy store. The moment I purchase a new book to write in, the imagination ignites with all the possibilities. There’s no way I can predict what’ll make its way onto the page. I’ve tried the route of having a plan and purpose but instantly became burned out. The goal is to get the story out. Then step back into it to fine tune the sentences. I’m a dipper. I use the ink bottle and a great nib to give each thought a place of growth. The paper has to be right as well! I need that time period of writing on a page then typing it into a computer. It’s because I’m a paper snob! It has to have the right texture, size and the pages must be placed inside a hardcover. It’s a real relationship. A kid in a candy store. The best part about writing is writing!
